My Friends today is Not a Good day in Fl or a Good day for me personally. I will adress my problem later.
Yesterday The Fl Legislature Ended its session with out a budget leaving Fl hanging ! Why their refusal to #ExpandMedicaidNow in Fl. For 1 Million Uninsured.  Now If No budget by July 1,2015 not only will we not Have No LIP but our public Hospital system may close due to a financial hit that may not have to happen.The numbers :
JACKSON HEALTH SYSTEMS MIAMI $167 Million Dollars forcing it to close its doors ! Potentially leaving S.Fl without a Level 1 Trauma Center.
Broward Health $93 Million **
Memorial Regional Hospital Hollywood Fl $62 Million wiping out a $16 Million Surplus. **
UF SHANDS JACKSONVILLE  $95 MILLION and may be forced to close within 60 days **

The State House refused to suck it up and #ExpandMedicaidNow!  Instead they took their ball and went home like spoiled brats ! This is not a game for We The Uninsured!  Its Life and Death ! Talk to me my friend Amy Rodriguez and her daughter Genesis about this ! Talk to Charlene Dill’s kids who will grow up with no mom.
Why ? Because of the intentional mismanagement and willful neglect by Gov Scott and Speaker Crissafulli ! One runs away (Crissiafulli) and the other(Scott)  pursues his hate of President Obama and the poor by suing  the Federal Government yet again !
We are in limbo Gov Scott knew LIP WAS OVER ! YET He insisted on keeping it ! Running away Mr Speaker Crissafulli is no better ! If Fl was a Real Company as Gov Scott believes it is we could fire him. Sadly it isn’t!  This is gross mismanagement and neglect ! For what to please David and Richard Koch ! Two Billionaire Non Fl Residents!  Running Americans for Prosperity a conservative Think tank.
We may die I currently am without my Jackson Health Systems program card. The reason No document they like. I am totally uninsured now again. Now we face No Hospitals and being Uninsured!  Thank you for running Away from Us Governor and Mr Speaker ! We The Uninsured  do not appreciate it.
We. Must fix this soon Rome is burning Gov Scott is suing and the Fl House is AWOL !
I now will fight harder than ever ! Help us Fl help us America save us from this nightmare that not all voted for ! A nightmare of abandoning those with No Options And No Hope ! I

My Friends last night and the past few in Baltimore were sad. My heart goes out to #FreddieGray and his Family.  It is just disgusting and Horrific what happened to him. We as a Nation should be appalled at this disgusting behavoior by many in Law Enforcement.
However that said THERE IS NO REASON TO LOOT RIOT AND HARM INNOCENT PEOPLE PERIOD. Will this bring #FreddieGray back ? NO it won’t!  All it does is make a tradgedy into more tradgedies. I have TWEETED  and Posted #GoonsDoNotBelongInLawEnforcement since #MikeBrown and #FERGUSON!  You want to protest use it ! It is Truth !! I will continue to post #BlackLivesMatter #ALLivesMatter until they do by all.
But hats off to The mom who draged her son home in Baltimore yesterday! So he would not participate in the bad acts with bad actors ! She gets it ! I see all of my mom and gramparent friends doing the same thing.
Its about PEACE  not Violence Love Not Hate ! That is what is needed We can voice our anger and displeasure just without looting and burining ! What does it prove ? If you are angry change things for the better not for the worse. Be the Solution not A Problem !

My Friends we are facing an Avalanche of Hate in Our Cause right now. But hang in there ! No Social Justice Movement has always had smooth sailing ! It took many years for Civil Rights ! Over a Hundred for The ACA to happen, but it did and we must never let go of it or Single Payer! 
Some things are worth Fighting For and This Cause of #ExpandMedicaidNow is One of Them. It is not easy I did a petition to Expand Medicaid in Fl  hoping to get 1 Million signers to act as voices for the uninsured.  I got over 2000 ! Not much but met many great people who signed and helped me to become the Social Media Activist I am today.
Today we face alot of Hate in Our Cause!  In Fl the State House Leader held Backroom Meetings to plot to Stop Expansion. Reporters listened through the door ! He was heard saying to his people Not to Let the Sad Stories dictate !
Well Speaker Crissaful I am one of those sad stories and I am Not Going Away Till All are Insured not just in Fl but in The 19 other States too !
You folks who oppose think you are smart to smear me and all of Us The Uninsured.  But we know you are part of a plot with paid TROLLS ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER to discourage Us.
But We Will Not Go Away Governor Scott and GOP cronies! 
I had to reapply for my County Health program. The Red Tape is insane.  It is easier to get Food Stamps in Fl.  That is why we need Medicaid Expansion the ACA simplified healthcare.
I told a friend of mine who is a mom with three small kids about it. She helps me with alot of things I  need done that I can’t do and was one of my first signers of my petition. I said to her: “I am doing this so you and your kids never have to do this. ”
That is why I fight so NO ONE ELSE SUFFERS EVER. This is for those who suffer with  asthma Cancer High Blood pressure Diabetics Injured people Stroke Victims and The Disabled. 
We must keep on Fighting No Matter What Is Said or By Whomever !
We are Not Invisible We see you and what you are trying to do to Us All ! Your hate of us is disgusting we have done nothing to you !
So We will Fight you All who read this Share it Please!  Write your local and major State Newspapers Call the TV STATIONS Post to MSNBC ! Tell them how outaged you are at seeing people suffer needlessly like you tell me ! Send them stories blogs mine or anyone else or share your own ! The more who speak out the better ! This is the Change President Obama wants Us to do something not depend on him but to change it ourselves by demanding better. Because as a people we deserve better ! We the Uninsured sure do ! My Friends today I am encouraged because Montana Will Finally Expand Medicaid.  Leaving Us with 20 States still playing Games !
The States are Fl GA SC NC TN AL MS LA TX OK MO KS ND SD WY ID UT Alaska WI and Maine.
We must show how this affects citizens who suffer in Silence in these States. Through No Fault of Their Own. We Must band Together and Finally make this A Natioal Movement ! There are many like me in Fl For Example :
My Friend Amy Rodriguez has a 20 yr old daughter**
Genesis who suffers from asthma like i do plus has Middle Lobe Syndrome this young woman lost 20% of her lung to surgery to keep her alive ! To treat this because she is Uninsured she uses Alka Seltzer and Cough syrup! Because The Price of her meds is $4,000 per month **(Seource Miami Hearld Sun 4/19/2015 Page 15 A )
This is 2015 NOT 1915 ! Why should A mom – Amy and Daughter Genesis have to suffer like this ? And my friends The Hearld had alot more people in this story who suffer like Amy Genesis and I do on a daily basis ! This is an outrage at this point ! Some states get it ! Twenty currently do not ! We need to make this more than a State by State Issue ! This Must be A National Issue ! It is a Civil and Human Rights Issue ! By denying Coverage how many suffer in Silence in the other states ! We The Uninsured are NOT JUST A STATISTIC ON THE NEWS ! We are actual Human beings who NEED OUR
VOICES TO BE HEARD ! Our Lives are at stake daily.
With No LIP LOW INCOME POOL in not just Fl but in many states No Hospitals will mean instant death to many. Similar to Charlene Dill who needed Medicaid and Medicine and died needlessly without it !
This is an outrage and should be in Every Newspaper the actual uninsured should be on TV telling about this inhumane injustice ! It needs to be TOP PRIORITY!  It can and must be fixed soon or many will die ! There is urgency The Time is NOW WE. CAN NOT WAIT WE MAY NOT HAVE A TOMORROW…..BUT WE WANT ONE ! But again Governor Scott lets his hatred and bigoted attitude towards President Obama take center stage ! The Governor wants to sue the Federal Government specifically the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare.  Over not funding LIP LOW INCOME POOL. **

Enough of your hate of Liberals Progressives the poor the uninsured and President Obama Governor ! This does not help Fl at all. It is potentially going to cause a catastrophe maybe.- i hope not though.
Your leadership lacks in so many ways Governor The needless deaths of Treyvan Martin and Jordan Davis with Stand Your ground. Your threats to State Employees not to use the term #ClimateChange!  And yes the needless death of Charlene Dill a 32 yr old single mom of 3 who died working 3 jobs without Healthcare!  You do noting Governor. And the jobs you promised do not pay well enough to get people out of poverty ! So they will not need Medicaid or AFDC or Wic ! Btw Governor LIP funds do not help you in All parts of the state to see a dr.it is only good for ER care ! It is not good care as you told * WPLG LOCAL 10 on 4/17/2015 @ noon ! Therefore given the evidence I listed above we need to make a major change in Fl. The Change Is Impeaching Governor Scott!  How much more do the poor and Uninsured have to suffer needlessly with this cold creul heartless man. His hate costs lives daily. His hate is tearing up our state.
So if he continues on this Fools Errand of Suing the Federal Government I  say :”IMPEACH GOV SCOTT !”  We need a change from this Leader who is a Misleader  ! Yes Governor First You oppose Medicaid Expansion then you are for it Now you are against it ! Governor you whine about waste with Federal Tax dollars ! Yet lets remember who as head of HCA Columbia Hospitals made Billions of Medicaid and Medicare!  And are tainted from it !
Yet you waste our Tax money First Suing over the ACA which you lost ! Now your suing over this !
So go ahead Sue Governor!  We the citizens of Fl should and I hope do Impeach you if you do !
Because every day someone is sick without Healthcare and dies. Due to your willfull neglect and Malpractice as Governor!  We THE UNINSURED IN FL are sick and tired of your lies and games ! We know you aren’t a Leader but a Misleader ! Plus like your denial of climate change if hospitals close and someone was to be out in the sun and get sick they may die. You deny #ClimateChange and you deny Medicaid Expansion to the needy ! So We  in Florida should by Impeaching you Deny You  the Priveledge of Being our Governor  ! Yes it is a Priveledge not a cash given right ! To be an elected official !

My Friends yesterday was not a good day for We The Uninsured in Fl.  As usual Governor Scott lived up to his reputation and will attempt to disappoint us again. He said he was For “Medicaid Expansion ” and now he is against it ! I know many will say so what else is new. He is a crook and liar ! Yes we know that.But it doesn’t help you if you are sick suffering or Hurt.

My question is does anybody in the GOP House Leadership and my fellow Floridians have a conscience?  Yesterday again proved Gov.Scott does not. 
Last year i watched how he professed his Faith said he was a Christian and was saved. Well Governor So am I and I  would never do to others what you and many in State Leadership.are doing now whitch is Absolutely Nothing !
If we do not keep the LIP LOW INCOME POOL or Expand Medicaid many will suffer sickness injury and needless death !
How can anyone with a conscience let this continue to happen. It would haunt me if I knowingly let people suffer needlessly.  I have a conscience.
I hear stories daily like my friend Amy Rodriguez who has a daughter who battles illness daily. She is uninsured too.
Why are the powers that be pinching pennies instead of saving lives ? Why is saving taxes more important than the Health and Well being of All Fl Residents ?
Gov John Kaiich in Ohio Expanded Medicaid!  Why because he said :” When I meet St Peter he isn’t going to worry about how much I saved people in taxes !” 
So if Gov Kaich can do this Gov Scott why can’t You ? Is your hate of President Obama that bad that you neglect the well being of Fl Residents!  Do you have a conscience Governor?  Many struggle to survive in Fl. While you promote an agenda that isn’t helping All of Fl. Did you not understand when you took your OATH OF OFFICE as Governor that You Represent All The People of Fl ! Not just the Conservatives or Wealthy ! This isn’t a Company Governor it is a State ! The Corporatist attitude does not work. You claim to work for All Fl. Well if you do then either accept Medicaid Expansion or come up with a plan.
True Leaders have a plan ! Misleaders try to con you that they have one and do not ! Leaders have a conscience Governor!  Which are you Leaders of Fl a Leader or Misleader.The Fl Senate was bi partisan and showed Leadership ! The Governor is AWOL as usual I hope the Fl House has a conscience because 1 Million Uninsured in Fl need help now ! We can not wait ! The games must stop lives are impacted daily by this !

My Friends As An Activist I have really grown through the help
and mentoring of many of you. But there is a story on this many of you do not know. And today I am retelling it from my Original Facebook Post from January 18,2015.

It started in 1988 in Ocala Fl as a college Freshman at Central Florida Community College in Ocala Fl. I needed to do a Term Paper for my Contemporary America class taught by Professor Amy Yeary. I asked my dad what I should write on. He said Civil Rights. Now as a young Democrat I supported Civil Rights. But had no idea of the sacrifices of MLK, Rosa Parks, Rep John Lewis, Medger Evers, Harry T. Moore, Jesse Jackson and others made. King, Evers, and Moore with their lives.  I was inspired by them to serve and fight injustice.  I needed Healthcare and said to myself : “If I ever get an opportunity to get all Insured I Will Do It !”
So my friends I fight today for Medicaid Expansion and Civil Rights so All Have Dignity ! Thanks to MLK and his :” I Have A Dream ”  Speech ! For  inspiring me. ! I like Dr Kng am Faith based in my activism. I view it as a call to aid humanity by being A Voice For The Voiceless ! Dr King died for Justice and Dignity ! ………Lets all keep working to KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE Thank You Dr King for the Inspiration you are one of My Heroes

My Friends today I am privileged to reshare a post I wrote called Why I am A Democrat ! I wrote this as a protest to a person who was critical of the direction of My Group Expand Medicaid Now

My Friends I know you know I am a Democrat, and a Proud Liberal Progressive One. Today I will share why.

Yesterday I had a debate in my group Expand Medicaid Now. A member complained about my post a petition to Impeach Speaker John Bohner being partisan. Well as you know 99% of my group is Democrats. This aggravated me still does.

So here is why I am a Democrat.  I registered to vote as a Democrat at age 18 am almost 45 now (I am 45 now) and Still am ! The reason is my family my 98 year old Grandmother is a Democrat my disabled Father is a Democrat  ee were working people my mom had to beg for a raise as a servicr worker. But the event that made me a Democrat was when GOP HERO and Former President  Reagan tried to take away people’s Disability for no reason. Like GOP with FOOD STAMPS and Wic today. It happened to my Dad and we were all scaired. But fortunately he got a Lawyer and Won ! But I promised myself that I would never vote for a Republican ! And I have not to this day !

The Democrats gave Us Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, The ACA, which now GOP are salivating to take away ! I too am waiting on SSI. I hope I get it. So I say why try and be bi partisan when the other side always tries to end these programs ! You can not its called fairness which the GOP has little of. in Fl Medicaid Expansion is not happening still. But if Speaker Bohner and  friends cut the ACA it is over ! That is why we must fight to keep these great programs ! It is a Challenge but Democrats Can Will Must and Shall Get It Done !

We are THE HOPE OF THE HOPELESS ! THE VOICE OF THE VOICELESS ! If We Do Not Fight Who Will ? Not the GOP who promises at Local State and Federal Level 0 Compromise ! So how can you work with others who want to sabotage others ? You can’t ! That is why I am a Democrat and A Proud Liberal Progressive ! Thank You God Bless

My Friends two weeks ago I wrote this POST ON FACEBOOK.  We have a New Development today ! As Usual Gov Scott is up to his old tricks ! He is denying Medicaid Expansion again ! ***Seource Tampa Tribune April 6,2015 So on We Fight !

March 13,2015
MY Friends tofay the Fl Senate voted to Expand Medicaid in a New Form ! Soon it will go to the Full Senate and then the House then Gov. Scott to sign.

There are reservatioms that I have with this Bill ! I am in Favor of it ! But The Fl Chamber of Commerce is pushing Work Requirements and payment – which I oppose ! Medicaid is designed to be a Safety Net Program for people in poverty ! My question is how do I or someone with No Income pay for it ? When you can not get a job or are disabled like myself ? Is there a provision ? Plus Fl may opt out without Federal Matching Funds ! This too is playing with Fire !

But I Support this because of the Loss of over 1 Billion in Federal Low Income Pool Funds ! Florida Must Act and #ExpandMedicaidNow ! They are playing with FIRE HERE ! And I  as an Uninsured person do not want to get burned !

Potentially We The Uninsured could get burned if the Low  Income Pool is Not Funded or even with it ! As it is A BAND AID ! My friends Hospitals in Fl Will Close ! God Forbid you have an Auto Accident or a Plane Crash or a Disease OUTBREAK LIKE EBOLA ! No TRAUMA CENTER YOU WILL LIKELY
DIE !! 

I hope the Senate and Legislature do the Right Thing and #ExpandMedicaidNow .  This plan can be fixed and is better than what we face with NO LIP ! Which is Hospitals closing Job Loss and potentially needless death !  As opposed to people who are alive healthy and Yes Employed ! Yes this plan IF  PASSED WILL CREATE over 100,000 New Jobs ! ***Seource THE FLORIDA CHANNEL FL SENATE HEALTH COMITEE HEARING !

This now is the BEST OPTION FOR FLORIDA ! The other option LIP s a BAND AID ! The Worst Option NEITHER  MEDICAID EXPANSION or LIP Which is a disaster waiting to happpen !
