@cbsnews 96-year-old Lucia Santos says she has never witnessed anything as “cruel or inhumane” in her lifetime as the killing of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, the Mexican man who was fatally shot by an ICE agent in Houston on July 7. Speaking at a memorial for Salgado Araujo, Santos said there is “no limit” to the pain his death has caused the Houston community.
