Florida is one of just 10 states refusing to expand Medicaid—turning away federal dollars while millions struggle to access the care they need. Meanwhile, Trump and House Republicans say they aren’t touching Medicaid but are pushing budget cuts that threaten it. The math ain’t mathin’.
I joined FL legislators in Tallahassee to fight for every Floridian’s right to affordable, quality healthcare and to demand that lawmakers not only protect Medicaid, but expand it.

I Would Have Had it At Age 43 But My State Florida Refused To Expand Medicaid Under The ACA (Affordable Care Act) . Sadly Today Florida Still Refuses To Do So Along With 9 Other States Leaving Millions Still #Uninsured. We Hope This Changes It Must.

Because Amy Went Over 5 Years without Healthcare …..Her Diabetes Got Worse …. When Insured It was under control …. Now It is Not and Amy Needs Our Help Again …. As She like many working people face High Costs of Diabetic Supplies like Insulin and A Pump to distribute it to her …. Due to Unrealistic and High Costs and Co Pays From Insurance….
